This Court does not find any merit in the present I.A. in view of the orders already passed on 08.02.2023 in I.A. No.81 of 2023. 4.

Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin as already directed in order dated 08.02.2023 in I.A. No.81 of 2023.
