In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that no criminal case has been registered at Airfield Police Station, Bhubaneswar against the Petitioner; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file the same in case cause of action so arises in future. 3.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Interim order passed on 27.01.2021 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
