This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. J. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr. Sahu, the petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal construction of a house under PMAY(U) scheme by Jayanarayan Nath (opposite party No.6) on his rayati land violating the approved plan and norms. He further submits that though highlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has sent representation dated 09.10.2021 under Annexure-2 to the Executive Officer, N.A.C., Padampur (opposite party No.4) through registered post on 11.10.2021 however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that that a direction be issued to the Executive Officer, N.A.C., Padampur (opposite party No.4) to take a decision on the above noted representation within a specific time period. 4.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court
// 2 // directs the Executive Officer, N.A.C., Padampur (opposite party No.4) to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner under Annexure-2 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as opposite party No.6 and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
