This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp.party/Tahasildar Sadar, Cuttack to send the KLC No.2107/2005 to the Sub-Collector Cuttack for approval within a stipulated period."

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event any such proceeding at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar Sadar, Cuttack, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
