This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The representation vide Annexure-8 is stated to be pending before Respondent No.1 since 2014.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions, the question that may arise now is whether the cause of action still subsists. 5.

Considering the facts and submissions and the aforesaid question, the Respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the representation of the applicant vide Annexure-8, taking into view the fact as to whether the cause of action still subsists. The representation of the applicant be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order by passing a

speaking order. If necessary, opportunity of hearing shall be given to the applicant.

The applicant is directed to supply a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to Respondent No.1 for convenience and reference to Annexure-8. 7.

The WPC(OAC) is accordingly disposed of.
