1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner serving in Level-III cadre of teacher seeks promotion to Level-II, which was not considered by the authority. Since the combined gradation list did not find place the name of the petitioner, she has filed the original application, which has been transferred to this Court.

4. As the original application reflects that the age of the petitioner is 58 at the time of filing in the year, 2013, by efflux of time the petitioner must have retired. Since she has retired, the cause of action seems to have not surviving.

5. Hence, the WPC (OA) is disposed of as infructuous.

6. The petitioner is free to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
