Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) To quash appointment of respondent No.4 to 7. (ii) To direct the respondents to select the applicant as Excise constable.
(iii) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice". 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 01.03.2012 under Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of
// 2 // receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
