Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Prem Sagar Naik v. State of Orissa and others, (W.P.(C) No. 18981 of 2016 disposed of on 21.08.2017). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment. 4.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Prem Sagar Naik (supra).
