1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.This matter has been transferred to this Court after abolition of Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. .

3. In this petition, the grievance of the petitioner was to consider his case for his employment as Constable under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme commensurating with his educational qualification within a stipulated period by quashing the order dated 15.11.2020 in Annexure-5.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the application was under process, the petitioner was appointed as Sepoy in OSAP Battalion and he has been continuing as such. Hence, the cause of action raised in this writ petition has lost its relevance.

5. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
