This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 12th April, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently it has been mentioned "District Judge, Bhadrak" instead of "District Judge, Keonjhar" in the 8th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 12th April, 2022 passed by this Court. Hence, the same may be corrected. 4.

Accordingly, the expression "District Judge, Bhadrak" occurred in the 8th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 12th April, 2022 be read as "District Judge, Keonjhar". 5.

Rest part of the said order dated 12th April, 2022 remains unaltered.
