None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department. Perused the record.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that with the self same relief the petitioner had approached the Tribunal in O.A. No. 1957 (C) of 2016, which was disposed of vide order dated 14.07.2016. With the self same relief, the petitioner has again approached this Court in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
