This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner after examination of two eye witnesses namely, Janaki Das and Swadesh Kumar Mallick.

Considering such submissions, the BLAPL is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
