The petitioners by way of Original Application (converted to the present writ petition) challenge the appointment order of Opposite Party No.5 under rehabilitation assistance scheme vide Annexure-2 on the ground that the Opposite Party No.5, namely, Akhtar Khan had neither obtained "No Objection" from the petitioners nor the father of the petitioner no.2, who are the legal heirs. 2.

Way back on 28.10.2014 notices were issued and counter affidavit has been filed by the Opposite Party No.5. But, when the matter is taken up today for hearing, Mr. Sidhartha Swain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction in the matter. 3.

Since the matter is of the year 2014, keeping this matter pending any further will not serve any fruitful purpose.
