ORDER

07.09.2022 Order No.

This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court in Akrura Mishra v. In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Akrura Mishra (supra) within a period of four months from the date of communication/production of this order. 7.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
