Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Pinku Sahu in connection with Larambha P.S. Case No.155 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.766 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh for alleged commission of offence under Sections 342/376(2)(f)/376(2)(i) / 376(2)(n)/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard both parties and considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 and her physical condition, I am not inclined to grant bail to the present Petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

The BLAPL is dismissed.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.514 dated 7th January, 2022.
