The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
It is submitted by Mr. A.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioner that since the offences under SC and ST (PoA) Act are alleged, he may be permitted to convert the present bail application into Criminal Appeal under Section 14(A) of SC and ST (PoA) Act. 3.
The prayer is allowed.

Office is directed to take steps to register the present bail application as Criminal Appeal and list in the week commencing from 31st January, 2022.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.514 dated 7th January, 2022.
