1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner has been awarded punishment of reduction of 20% of admissible Pension for five years at the time of filing of this petition in the year 2013, such punishment of the petitioner has already been over now.

Hence, there seems nothing surviving anymore in this petition.

5. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
