ORDER (Oral) 22.03.2022 02.

1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Petitioner is a Special Class Contractor and has filed the present contempt alleging the violation of the order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5285 of 2013, whereby he was directed to file a detailed representation regarding payment of the withheld amount before the appropriate authority ventilating his grievances within two weeks and the authority concerned will consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation.

3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Khuntia states that upon notice a compliance report has been filed by the Superintending Engineer, Nimapara Irrigation Division, District-Puri wherein the claim of the petitioner has been

// 2 // rejected being devoid of merits vide order dated 07.08.2021 by passing a speaking order.

4. In view of the above, we find that the directions passed by this Court have been duly complied with.

5. The CONTC is accordingly dismissed.
