Mr. Mishra, learned ASC referring to Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit submits that before filing of the writ petition, appeal before the District Level Committee was disposed of. However, suppressing the said fact, the writ petition in W.P.(C) No.29612 of 2020 was filed. 4.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that appeal before the District Level Committee-cum-Collector, Kendrapara is still pending for consideration and he prays for adjournment to produce record in support of his submission. 5.
