1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The present application has been filed seeking modification of one of the conditions imposed by the court below while granting bail to the Petitioner. By order dated 21st May, 2021 passed in Bail Application No.109/2021, learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur while granting bail to the Petitioner, inter alia, imposed the condition that he shall furnish cash security of Rs.2,50,000/-.

It is submitted that because of his financial stringency, the Petitioner is unable to arrange the required amount in order to abide by the conditions of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge. As a result, despite being granted bail since 21st March, 2021, the Petitioner is languishing in custody till date.
5. Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed. The condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge to furnish cash security of Rs.2,50,000/- is modified to the extent that the same shall be furnished to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) with all other conditions remain intact.
6. The CRLMA is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
