This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of termination of the petitioner and to direct the opposite parties to reinstate her in her post with all consequential benefits.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-8 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration the ratio decided by this Court in the case of Biswanath Sethi v. State of Odisha and others, 2021 (I) OLR 555 within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, taking into consideration the ratio decided in the case of Biswanath Sethi (supra) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
