Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 16th November, 2022 in CRLMC No.3343 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time for the reason stated and hence, it should be extended. 3.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that time should be extended for the petitioner to surrender in order to comply the Court's order dated 16th November, 2022.

Consequently, I.A. is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court of learned Additional Special Judge, CBI, Bhubaneswar on or before 10th March, 2023. 5.
Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
