The Petitioner working as Headmaster of New-Govt. High School was reverted to the post of Assistant Teacher belonging to Junior Subordinate Education Service Cadre with effect from 1st September, 2012. It is claimed that the Petitioner has got retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 28th February, 2013 and he made representation jointly with other similarly situation persons on 13th July, 2014 wherein he claimed protection of his pay, which was being drawn in the post of Headmaster prior to the date of joining in the post of Assistant Teacher (Jr. S.E.S), the arrears and fixation of the pension with financial benefits.

Since this matter relates to 2014, none appeared for the Petitioner at the time of call today. Therefore, it is construed that the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue this matter. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
