1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

2. Filing of original/certified copies of the order under Annexures-1 & 2 are dispensed.

3. The I.A. is disposed of.

STREV No.115 of 2019

4. In view of the Judgment of this Court dated 22nd March, 2022 in STREV No.2 of 2008 (Gupta Distributor v. State of Odisha), where it has been held that there cannot be any assumption regarding suppression of sales without an enquiry, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present revision petition on behalf of the State.

5. Even on the delay in filing the revision petition is not satisfactorily explained and, therefore, the Court is not inclined to entertain the revision petition on that score as well.

6. The STREV is, accordingly, dismissed.
