Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today, wherein it has been stated as follows:- "The petitioner has filed this writ application for non-issuance of Provisional Pass Certificate of B.Tech (Instrumentation and Electronics) for the academic year 2019-20 by the University. In the meantime the University has received the revised seminar grade from CET, Bhubaneswar in case of above petitioner. The University shall publish the result of the petitioner within fifteen days from today. The coy of the mail communication dated 07.05.2022 is enclosed herewith."
