It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OAC) No. 1004 of 2017 (Jitendra Kumar Patra and Ors. V. State of Odisha and Ors), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 16.11.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 16.11.2022 passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No. 1004 of 2017 (Jitendra Kumar Patra and Ors. V. State of Odisha and Ors), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
