Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.132 of 2020 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the R.P. Case No.132 of 2020.
