Heard Mr. P.K. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Anil Duria in connection with Pottangi P.S. Case No.37 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.387 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Koraput for alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Having heard both parties and considering the statement of the wife of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is dismissed.
