Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of the R.P. Case for more than three years, directs, in the event the Petitioners file a memo for early admission of the R.P. Case No.731 of 2019 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the R.P. Case No.731 of 2019.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
