This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.3418(C) of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.3418 of 2014. 3.

Challenging the order dated 20.06.2014 vide Annexure-2, wherein the Petitioner's name was sponsored to Secretary, RDC Southern Division, Berhampur to appoint him in Class-IV post by observing necessary formalities; the Petitioner came up before the Administration Tribunal with prayer to direct the Opposite Party to upgrade to the post of J.C. Amin in Class-III. 4.

Mr. Anupam Rath, learned Addl. Standing Counsel enclosing office order dated 21.11.2014 issued by the Director, Land Records, Surveys and Consolidation by way of memo, filed in Court today, which is taken on record, brought to the notice of this P.T.O.

// 2 // Court that during pendency of the matter, the case of the Petitioner was considered and the following operative order has been passed in his favour:- "That, in view of the above, as the applicant is having H.S.C. qualification, his case is considered and the letter No. 1956/CH dated 20.06.2014 is hereby cancelled. The Settlement Officer, Cuttack is to upgrade Sri Pradhan in Job contract Class-III post as per instructions communicated by Govt. vide letter No. 23969/R&DM dt.14.08.2014 and Board's letter No. 2919/CH dt. 27.08.2014 and Office Order No.

3869/CH dt. 12.11.2014 and subsequently to regularize his serve in Class-III post as per Board's letter No. 3914/CH dt.14.11.2014."

In view of the aforesaid developments, the matter has been rendered infructuous.
