1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition is registered before this Court on 15.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken/pursued after 14.10.2014.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner.
5. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, i.e., challenge to the order of transfer and posting, nothing would survive after lapse of eight years.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the litigation at present granting
opportunity to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
