Mr. Pradhan, Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Contemnors states that the present contempt has become infructuous as the direction contained in the order dated 19th November, 2020 has been complied with inasmuch as the Petitioner has been directed to appear for determination of his physical disability at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, New Delhi. P.T.O.

// 2 // The delay in implementing the direction is stated to be due to the non-cooperation of the Petitioner.

Since none has come to rebut the aforesaid factual position, we have no other option to dispose of the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
