This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard learned counsel for the State.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the State submits that unutilized leave salary of the Petitioner has already been sanctioned by the Authority, which fact has already been communicated to all concerned. However, he is not sure whether the same has been disbursed or not?

Considering the submission made, this Court observes that in the event the unutilized leave salary has not been disbursed to the Petitioner as yet, the same shall be disbursed within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
