This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. B.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.S.Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "The petitioners therefore humbly pray that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition issue Rule NISI or any other appropriate order / orders, direction /directions to the Opp.Parties more specifically the Opp.Party No.4 i.e. Tahasildar, Deogarh to release the land acquisition award amount in favour of the petitioners and other co-sharers in respect of the land acquired for construction of 4 lanning of N.H.06(49), in respect of L.A Case No.03/2020 for N.H. 06(49) of Mouza-Deogarh, Town Unit No.2, P.O./P.S./Dist.Deogarh, which was kept in interest bearing account in a Nationalized Bank as per direction of this Hon'ble Court vide order dtd.16.11.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.27993/2020".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to

Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-9, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
