This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) Let the Opp.Parties be directed to grant T.G.Scale to the Petitioner from his B.Ed.

qualification along with all consequential relief, financial and service benefits.

(ii) Let the Opp.Parties be directed to follow the decision rendered in Madhab Podh's case reported in 1998 (2) OLR 334 and other cases cited in Para6(i) of the Original Application and further. (iii) Let the Opp.Parties be directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 in the light of above decisions within specified time. (iv) May pass any other order be passed as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 26.05.2013 under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner, keeping in view of the order under Annexure-6-Series within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. On such consideration, it is found that the Petitioner is entitled to get some financial benefits, the same shall be disbursed within a further period of three months.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
