3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the action of the authorities in not recording the date of birth of the applicant as per the certificate issued by the school and action in recording date of birth by way of interpotation on the ground that such acting are illegal. 4.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter is become infructuous.
