This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Even though an objection is raised by learned Counsel for opposite party-contemnor(s) on the maintainability of the contempt proceeding involving contemnor herein, this Court observes the direction issued in the final order in O.A.No.872 of 2014 is not meant to be ignored or not complied. Even though notice in the contempt petition has been issued since long, no show cause or compliance affidavit has been filed as of now.
To avoid any further loss of time, in disposal of the contempt petition, this Court observes in the event the direction issued in the final order in the aforesaid Original Application is not complied as of now, the present incumbent is directed to work out the same within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order, provided the order of the Tribunal is not pending in higher forum with an order of stay of such order. The compliance report be filed before the Registry of this Court within a period of one week thereafter.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
