Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had made application dated 24th July, 2022 for obtaining caste certificate. Opposite party no.4 has not done anything about it.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to either issue the caste certificate on said application dated 24th July, 2022 or inform petitioner reason for rejection of the same, within three weeks of communication.
