The petitioners are in custody since 23.10.2021 in connection with Tumudibandha P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.65 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Special Judgecum- Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Baliguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act. 4.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the period of detention in custody without commencement of trial, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each. Further they shall appear before the Court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
