This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

This Court records the submission of Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is no way for the Petitioners than to vacate the shop premises in order to achieve the completion of the construction of the bus stand. At the same time Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there has been some endeavor to relocate the shop owners existed in the premises of the bus stand. This Court also records the submission of Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners in the writ petition are prepared to vacate the shop premises at least within a period of twenty days. In the process this Court directs, if the Petitioners make application to the competent authority requesting therein to at least accommodate each of
// 2 // them for twenty days from this order for shifting from the shop premises and requests for their relocation, the authority shall do well in accepting such application and taking a lawful decision on their request for relocation keeping in view the interest of the erstwhile shop owners and also keeping in view that there is long use of such shop rooms for maintenance of livelihood of each of them.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
