The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21st September, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition. 3.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 16.07.2013 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 8.11.2003.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing would survive for adjudication as the O.A. was filed challenging the order of transfer dated 08.07.2013. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
