02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Party/Contemnor.

3. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging noncompliance of the order dtd.01.08.2017 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 2727 of 2014.

4. It is contended that challenging the said order the State-Opp. Party approached this Court in W.P.(C) No. 12655 of 2019 and the said writ Petition has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dtd.18.07.2022.

5. However, in spite of such dismissal of the writ Petition the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 01.08.2017 is yet to be complied with.

6. In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opp. Party-Contemnor to comply the order dtd.01.08.2017 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order, otherwise serious view will be taken.
