Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On oral request of Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction at Opposite Party No.2. 3.

On the selfsame issue it appears, the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-12 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-12 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the Writ Petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner also involving the Parties likely to be affected. If necessary a visit spot report may also be obtained in the involvement of the parties 4.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
