It is stated that challenging the order passed by the Tribunal, the State had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) Nos.4486 of 2018 and 4819 of 2018, which have been dismissed on 17.03.2022.

Therefore, the order of the Tribunal be complied with within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of the certified copy of the order, if the same has not yet been complied with in the meantime. 4.
