02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. YSP Babu, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted that the Petitioner seeking acceptance of her joining report under Annexure-5 moved the Joint Secretary, Directorate of Technical Education & Training on 25.06.2012.

4. Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said application when was forwarded to the Govt. vide Annexure-6, Govt.-O.P. No. 1 passed the impugned order by rejecting the prayer vide the impugned order dt.31.05.2003 under Annexure-7.

5. It is submitted that no reason has been assigned by O.P. No. 1 while rejecting the prayer of the Petitioner as made in Annexure-5. Since this Court finds that no reason as such has been assigned, this Court while quashing the same, directs O.P. No. 1 to take a fresh

// 2 // decision on the prayer made by the Petitioner in Annexure-5 within a period of one months from the date of receipt of this Order. O.P. No. 1 is directed to give a personal hearing to the Petitioner prior to taking such a decision.
