02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and leaned counsel for the Opp. Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "That the Petitioner therefore prays that in the facts and circumstances stated above this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition issue notice to the Opposite Parties, call for the records if necessary and after hearing to the parties to this Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court may further be graciously pleased to issue an appropriate Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ directing the Opp. Parties to consider the representation of the Petitioner and renew the tenure of the agreement dated 01.03.2018 and allow the Petitioner to hold his business in respect of the Shop Room No.1 standing over Mouza Narasinghapur, MS Khata No. 77/73, Plot No. 2198 and 2199 measuring an area of AC.0.25 Dec. at Dhusuri, Dist- Bhadrak within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. And for which kind act the Petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
