This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26th November,2021 after being transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never listed after 21.03.2012.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had challenged in the Original Application, the initiation of Departmental Proceeding during the pendency of the criminal case, arising out of the same alleged delinquency. It is further submitted by the earned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the Original Application/ Writ Petition, the applicant/petitioner has retired from Government

In view of the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
