2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 challenging the order No.6286 dated 12.08.2011 issued by the opposite party No.3-C.D.M.O., Puri refusing prayer for engagement as Pharmacist on regular basis. Since it is a schematic appointment and for a particular period the said scheme was in force, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be accepted. Needless to say that the project has been expired since 2009.

4. In view of such fact, the present writ petition has lost its relevance and has become infructuous.
