Learned counsel for the Petitioner is not ready to argue this matter today. This matter has already been adjourned on two occasions. On 30th November, 2021 this matter was adjourned with a recording that the Petitioner is not prepared on facts and law. Almost five weeks have already passed in the meantime. Today also at the time of call learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for adjournment of the matter as he is not ready to argue the matter. This Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter.
