This matter arises out of rejection of an application U/o.39 rule 3 of C.P.C. For the pendency of an application U/o.39 rule 1 & 2, this Court directs, if the parties so like, may take-out notice through special messenger and request the trial Court for expediting hearing of the application U/o.39 rule 1 & 2 and completing the same at least within one month.
